- Retained
Search - Typically done in situations that are time critical
or extremely sensitive. Partial payments are made in advance,
upon predetermined schedule. Retained Search gives highest priority
and resources to an assignment.
- Modified
Search - These can be customized to the clients needs
providing a priority assignment and are particularly useful for
hard to find candidates with technical disciplines. A onetime
payment is required at the start of the assignment. This benefits
the client by a guaranteed priority of service.
- Contingent
Search - A dependable and affordable method of staffing
for ongoing recruitment needs. Often contingent search is used
to supplement your own internal staffing organization.
- Contract
Staffing - This allows you to bring professional employees
often with key skill sets into your organization for a specific
project or period of time. The contractor can be an employee of
our contract division, freeing the employer from administrative
problems (payroll, unemployment liabilities, workers compensation,
etc.).
